What rebates can I get in WA right now?
The federal STC rebate comes off every solar quote automatically. Home batteries attract the federal battery rebate, and WA's DEBS scheme pays you for exported power. We apply everything you're eligible for before you see a price, and the amounts are shown as their own lines on your quote.
Am I single phase or three phase, and does it matter?
Most Perth homes are single phase, which caps solar at 5kW inverter export under Western Power rules. Three phase lets you go bigger and run a 22kW EV charger. Not sure which you have? Pick "Not sure" on the quote form and we'll work it out from your bill.
Do I have to deal with Western Power or Synergy?
No. We lodge the Western Power application, handle the meter change and set up your export with Synergy or Horizon. You just get the "you're connected" text.
How long from quote to switch-on?
Solar is typically one day on the tools; solar plus battery one to two. Western Power approval is the slow part, usually two to four weeks, and we start that the day you sign. General electrical work is often same or next day.
Who actually turns up?
A licensed PPS electrician. We don't sell the job and subcontract the install to whoever's free. The person who quotes it is accountable for it.
